World Time Attack Challenge is the one event I look forward to the most and with no event being held in 2020 or 2021, I had set my expectations high. I soon found out that given the circumstances with the flooding we had recently endured and the rain still pouring in, there were a lot of restrictions in place that really changed the way I experienced the event. Spectators were very limited to where around the track you could access, unlike any other year and that unfortunately made the best spot for viewing the action, in my opinion, the livestream. There was also the lack of international drivers and teams which usually bring in a large crowd and some really cool cars. I didn’t manage to get many photos of the on track action but plenty of the display cars and show and shine. I spent most of my time chatting with old friends and making new ones which is really what the car community should be all about. With that said it was still a great event and as always, i’ll be back next year to hopefully provide a more in depth feature.
